I think people who adopt strays get the best seats in Heaven.

That's a lovely thought. :-)

The local humane society is overrun with cats at the moment. The kittens are always the first to go, of course--adults cats have to wait a lot longer. So I went for an adult. (Also, as she's a fairly large cat, I'll be less likely to go home and find her hanging from the curtains!)
