If you happen to be in possession of obscene amounts of cash, you can buy some pretty cool Serenity props here. They've just added a whole bunch of new ones, including many of the costumes worn in the film. Just have a defibrillator handy when you look at the prices. (I'd really like Kaylee's patchwork jacket...)
