Guess The Character

An entertaining time waster: Guess the Dictator and/or Television Sit-Com Character.

I spent half an hour playing it last night. It guessed Willow, Anya, Starsky, Radar from M*A*S*H, Nikita, Julia from Party of Five, Mary Tyler Moore, Rudy from The Cosby Show, Alex Keaton from Family Ties, Maxwell Smart and Agent 99, Micky Dolenz from The Monkees, and - most surprisingly - Coach Reeves from The White Shadow. I thought for sure I'd stump it with that last one, but not so much.

ETA: OK, not a sitcom, but I was #2 to do Scotty from Star Trek. I feel almost original. :-)

That's a good time waster. I pet it. It got everything -- and sneered at me for it, sniff -- until I went to dictators. Does it only do dictators that are on sitcoms, maybe?

I really thought I'd get it with Coach Reeves, but 60-some people had gotten there ahead of me. It also got Daisy Duke and Detective Wojohowicz. Hmf.

Holy cow. I had Mr. Belvedere, Chip from Kate and Ali (only number 5 to ever do that one), Mrs. Slocombe from Are You Being Served, and Eddie Corbett from The Courtship of Eddie's Father (number 10 ever), and every last one was right. That's almost freaky.

You were more original than me - the lowest number I got was 60-something for Coach Reeves. I stumped it with Julie from the Love Boat, but I think I may have answered some of the questions wrong (like I can remember anything about her other than what she looked like...).

boingobaby pointed me to it yesterday after we all laughed over the final answer about Hutch (from Starsky and Hutch):

"Did you and your partner ever engage in touching that was kinda gay?"

Only asked it for Hutch, not Starsky, so...Hutch is the gay one of the partnership apparently;)

Hmm, must go back and try it with Hutch. Starsky's questions were pretty tame. But must make sure I don't try it while I'm drinking anything... :-)
