My thoughts exactly. The only good thing is that he probably won't kill off Spike again because he's still blathering on about a Spike movie, supposedly leading from the Buffy comic. That doesn't mean he'll write anything that won't drive us all totally insane with fury.

And the sad thing is, I'll probably buy the damn comics, because...sigh...new canon which will maybe let us know what happened after Not Fade Away.

I don't think he'll kill off Spike - he did that once already. Doing it again would be anticlimactic. Also, it would rob him of lots of fun storylines in the future.

Yes new Buffy will be scary.

Some will love it and other will hate it since Joss will never get what we want (Which is Buffy and Angel together forever )

I'm not deeply committed to any particular ship - I just want interesting stories. And, with Joss at the helm, that's pretty much guaranteed.

I wonder if he has any idea how much just him posting entertains us? I laughed until I cried (again) reading this...each time I think it's not possible to love him more, he posts again and I have to rethink my whole philosophy!

New canon! ::squees some more:: I can't wait to see what happens. Comics might not be as fun as new episodes, but they do have one major advantage: no casting troubles. Joss can play with the characters however he wants.
