A friend (Hi P!) told me last week that her husband works with a guy whose brother-in-law is the actor who plays Mark (Stacy's husband) on House.

Oh that's cool - he's on Desperate Housewives too (as Lynnette's boss), and I just watched season 1 of 24, and he was in that.

I once knew a woman whose brother was friends with Billy Joel. He played their piano. That is my closest brush with fame. ;-)

I have the ultimate celeb connection--my mother use to do laundry in the same laundromat as Bruno Gerussi, the late star of The Beachcombers. That might not mean much to anyone not Canadian. It probably doesn't mean much to Canadians, either!
