I confess that I don't really know Clay Aiken - I only started watching American Idol during the Fantasia season.

I thought Anthony was a bit bland, though every now and then he'd surprise me with a good performance. He seems like a nice guy. I'd have been ticked if Vonzell went before he did.

You don't know, THE CLAY? I quit watching Buffy S7 to watch Clay! Largely because we got mostly snow on UPN, but still. Boy could SING!

No, I don't know THE CLAY. ::is ashamed:: I know vaguely what he looks like, but no one from American Idol seems to get much play up here. Or maybe I'm just listening to the wrong radio stations.

I would like to get Fantasia's CD someday. I was rather impressed with her - probably because I am also a fan of Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, etc. The couple of times I have heard Reuben, I've been left cold. I'm sure he does what he does well, but I fear that our taste in music approximates the Contintental Divide.

Ruban's cool. He's like the new Barry White. I like Barry White so I liked Ruban okay. But I didn't get his CD because it was more soul/pop which is zzzzz. Clay's the only Idol guy whose CD I've bought. Clay had a great theatre-type voice. Fantastic tone! But if Constantine's band puts one out, I'll get it. I love that thrash rock shit! And the Greek boy-god is teh sex!
