When I first started watching Firefly, I kept thinking 'Caleb' whenever I saw Mal. Now it's the other way around. Hamilton was only a small role and I haven't seen AtS S5 for a while, but I'll probably wonder why Jayne was on Angel and wearing a suit (*very* un-Jayne-like) when I watch those episodes again. I've seen Gina Torres in quite a few things now - Firefly, Angel, Nikita, and 24 - so she's a mixture of Zoe and Gina in my mind.
James, however, will *always* be Spike to me.
And, yes, the Browncoats are the good guys, though they have their less than honourable moments.
