I really like your salads. I've always been a salad person - as I like to tell my friends, I was born in the Chinese Year of the Rabbit and it shows. Most of the time, your salads are great. But sometimes, not so much. Like today.
I hope you get a salad-spinner for Christmas. Because if you leave mesclun lettuce mixes sitting around with alot of water on them? They rot.
