The White Shadow

I just discovered that the first season of The White Shadow is coming out on DVD. Hee! I loved that show! I used to watch it in reruns in the early 90s when I was living in Newfoundland and actually included Coach Ken Reeves in the acknowledgments of my MSc thesis. :-)

It's being released two days after my birthday - I am so giving it to myself as a gift.

I LOVED THE WHITE SHADOW!!!!!!!!!

I still remember watching it, and fangirling the hell all over - no, not any of those dumb players! It was all about Ken Howard. Hee! I was around 10 or 12 and he seemed like the perfect man to me. Still does. :0)

Wow, no one *ever* knows what I'm talking about when I mention The White Shadow - clearly you have very good taste in television. :-)

My big crush was Salami. Even the second time around when I was in my late 20s. ::fans self at memory::

I can't wait to see it again!
