BtVS/AtS Character Meme-age

1. The first character you first fell in love with: Spike. I started watching in S5 and didn't get the "he's evil" bit. My cousin had to explain to me why Buffy didn't like him. :-)
2. The character you never expected to love as much as you do now: Tara. She bored me silly until the middle of S6. I started to find her interesting about two episodes before she died. She grew on me in re-runs
3. The character everyone else loves that you don't: Anya. I don't hate her, but she can be a bit irritating.
4. The character you love that everyone else hates: Hmm. Probably Andrew. I thought all three of the nerds were funny.
5. The character you used to love but don't any longer: I can't think of one. The only character I really didn't like was Kennedy. Well, maybe Buffy. She was so stonefaced in S7. I still like her in earlier seasons, though.
AtS
1. The first character you first fell in love with: Probably Angel. He was generally more interesting on AtS than on BtVS. Though I did love Angelus in BtVS S2.
2. The character you never expected to love as much as you do now: Wesley. I always liked him, but his journey on AtS was so interesting. Plus, he's really hot when he's scruffy. Also Darla. She was a big nothing to me in BtVS S1, but was great in AtS S2.
3. The character everyone else loves that you don't: Illyria. Again, I don't hate her. I just don't think they had enough time to take her character anywhere.
4. The character you love that everyone else hates: Doyle? Do people hate Doyle? I liked him well enough.
5. The character you used to love but don't any longer: Cordelia, because they axe-murdered her character in S4. Also, I never felt the need for a romance between her and Angel - I liked the brother/sister thing they had going in S1 and S2. They were already family - they didn't need to be anything more than that.
