Well, this first one isn't a rumour as it's been confirmed: Adam Baldwin will be at SFX. Yay! Nathan Fillion apparently can't make it. Wah.

The Canadian Browncoats List Mom is arranging a shindig in Toronto at a restaurant across the street from a movie theatre. The date is Thursday, June 23 and she has suggested that attendees might like to see a movie afterwards. June 23 is rumoured to the be next date for advance screenings of Serenity, so it sounds like she knows something that she's not telling us.

Nick Brendon is currently in Hamilton, Ontario, shooting a movie of the week for the Sci Fi Channel called Alien Fire. They are hoping it will be popular enough that they can turn it into a TV show. Nick plays the lead.

I thought Nick was already cast in a TV show being picked up in the fall?

I had definitely, absolutely decided not to get a permanent account, and now half my flist seems to have bought one. The sheep-y part of me is straining against my better judgement. Permanent accountiness looks so shiny! Why is the Canadian dollar worth so much less than the US dollar??
