I got the Peterborough job.

I just found out about 15 minutes ago. I'm not quite sure what to do now, though panicking seems the most likely option.

Apparently, they REALLY want me--they bumped up the salary offer several notches higher than they had to. :-)

I accepted the offer today, so yes--I'll be closer to you! I've just joined the OBAVA group and the Toronto Shindigs group. Looking for a place to live? Moving arrangements? Finalizing stuff at work? Feh. I'm organizing the important stuff first!

It is indeed nice to be wanted. I was quite shocked when he told me that they had 90 applicants! I feel special. :-)

Thanks, and I did take it. Which doesn't mean that my panicking moments are over, because that's just how I'm built. What would life be without panicking?

Thanks! I am pleased with it and accepted the offer this morning. Panicking is just a built-in part of my personality. Also, so much to do in the next month! Eek.
